These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Mask Blogger (themaskblogger.com), its content, and any course, download, or other paid product offered through it (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, reading its content, or purchasing any product linked from it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian), that you can form a binding contract, and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

2. Use of the site

The content on this site is provided for general information and education. You agree that you will not:

4. Courses and paid products

Any course, guide bundle, template, or other digital product we sell (a "Course") is a digital good, delivered electronically. The following terms apply to every Course purchase:

  • Licence, not ownership. On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Course for your own individual use. You do not acquire ownership of any Course material.
  • No sharing or resale. You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, record, or otherwise distribute the Course or your access credentials. Doing so is a material breach and we may revoke your access immediately, without refund, and pursue any remedy available in law.
  • All sales are final. Because Courses are digital products delivered instantly and consumable on access, all purchases are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any refund, if offered at all, is entirely at our sole discretion and is not an admission of any obligation.
  • Access and availability. We may host Courses on our own platform or a third-party platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update, change, relocate, or discontinue a Course at any time.
  • Payment. Payments may be processed by a third-party provider whose own terms also apply. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
  • Educational only. A Course teaches methods and opinions. It is not personal, financial, legal, or professional advice, and results depend entirely on your own effort, skill, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

5. No income or results guarantee

We make no guarantee of any income, ranking, traffic, approval, or result from following our free content or any Course. The methods take time — often many months — and most people who try them do not reach the outcomes described. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be secure or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will The Mask Blogger, its owner, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Services or any Course — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you actually paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
